The Lots Road site forms a mixed-use nucleus for this revitalised urban quarter of Chelsea.  Adjacent to the River Thames, the site will feature a sustainably-designed high-quality, public and private realm project with a 25- and a 37-storey residential tower designed by the Terry Farrell Partnership.

The landscape proposals comprise four main characters at ground level; creekside park, urban open space, private terraces and garden spaces.  The circulation consists of pedestrian priority paths and shared-surface thoroughfares throughout the landscape.

The planning process for this project involved significant collaboration with the Environmental Agency to achieve a sustainable design for the Creek's banks that mitigates the tidal effects and allows for the creation of wildlife habitats and potential for recreation in different tidal scenarios.
