Returning to his native Oxfordshire, he immersed himself in the world of planting trees and hedge laying, which marked the beginning of his illustrious career in horticulture.

Over the years, Richard has amassed extensive experience in the industry, cultivating his expertise and unwavering dedication to the art of garden maintenance. His career trajectory within our company is a testament to his commitment and leadership. Even outside of his professional endeavours, Richard's life revolves around his love for nature and exploration. When not tending to gardens, he can be found hiking through the picturesque landscapes of the South Downs or discovering the hidden treasures of National Trust properties. His diverse interests include digging through vinyl at the record store, indulging in sea fishing, immersing himself in the world of science fiction, savouring German beer, and rocking out to Scandinavian heavy metal.
