Special Projects – Legal

Charlotte is a commercial lawyer. Her part-time role at RSL focuses on advising on long term projects alongside day-to-day advice. After ten years as a corporate lawyer with a City law firm, she moved in-house as a senior solicitor for an arts and educational charity. She then became Legal Director for a university’s commercialisation company. In 2017 she joined RSL as Head of Legal Affairs, taking up her current role in 2020.

Charlotte also sits as a Fitness to Practise Lay Panel Member for a health and care professions regulator, a solicitor member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and has two part time judicial appointments, sitting as a Recorder and a Deputy District Judge on the South Eastern Circuit.
