A bespoke outdoor dining installation created for WOW!house 2025
Stallard & Siddeley created Flora & Ember as an exclusive garden dining installation for WOW!house 2025, bringing together landscape design and live-fire cuisine within a secluded courtyard. The project transformed the site into an outdoor room shaped by texture, light, planting and flame.
The garden featured wild-flower planting, sculptural hedging and specimen Betula nigra trees, combined with artisanal materials to define a calm, atmospheric space. Outdoor cooking elements, fire pits and dedicated dining areas were integrated to form a fully functioning garden environment rather than a static display.
Designed to host seated events, tastings and private gatherings throughout the exhibition, Flora & Ember demonstrated Stallard & Siddeley’s commitment to creating landscapes that respond to lifestyle, materiality and craft. The installation offered visitors an immersive example of how thoughtful design can elevate outdoor living and transform a space into a memorable experience.
