The Wavy Garden is designed to soften the strong, linear architecture of the house through a flowing language of curves and undulating forms. A cascading green stone water feature defines the arrival space, while wave-like patterns are expressed through the granite paving.
The sloping terrain is sculpted into a series of garden spaces, framed by curvilinear walls and steps that seamlessly integrate seating and planting. Organic forms extend into the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and guesthouse pool, reinforcing the garden’s fluid identity. A dramatic water wall responds to the level change between the master bedroom and lower garden, introducing movement and visual impact.
Seating areas are distributed throughout the landscape, including a curved fire pit, gazebo, and a triangular sails pergola. Planting adopts a naturalistic approach, with sweeping drifts of grasses and herbaceous planting softening the built elements and enhancing the sense of rhythm and flow.
