We were commissioned to assist with and devise a masterplan for this highly prestigious mixed-use, residential and equine sports complex in Morocco.

The development centres on a new football and athletics stadium for Agadir, in association with a world-class tennis complex and hotel/leisure facility.

Polo fields have been proposed around the stadium, occupying land reclaimed from a city refuse site.  Associated stabling, veterinary clinics and accommodation have been designed as a a civic experience; both robust in form and sophisticated in character.

The existing watercourses have been enhanced and reflected in the design.  This geographical approach has also been adopted in the layout of the residential villas to the north.

A boutique hotel and retail facility encloses the number one polo field.  The oued (watercourse) to the west will be enhanced, forming a neutral parkland barrier and ecological resource.
