Landscape Architecture in London
We are longstanding members of the Landscape Institute and adhere to their Scope of Services Work Stages, as influcenced by the Royal Institute of British Architects' own Work Stages to provide flexible, bespoke design services to meet your chosen project delivery method and plan.
We would be delighted to meet with you at your office, home or on site to discuss your requirements and put together a no-obligation customised Fee Proposal setting our our proposed Scope of Services and a tailored plan to help you budget and plan your project.

If you would like someone to be in touch with you to arrange a visit to discuss your requirements, please Contact Us.
Our landscape architects will work with you to establish the parameters of the project and to agree the project scope, brief, programme and any budgetary constraints, as well as planning any required consultations with third parties or key stakeholders.
We'll then agree any final amendments to the Landscape Design Brief and set about preparing a Concept Design, complete with plans; illustrated sections; sketched perspectives and a gallery of precedent images for your consideration.
This will allow us to agree the spatial arrangements, theme and desired look and feel outcomes. We can also, where applicable, submit interim design proposals to your architect or planning consultant for the purposes of any planning pre-application.
With the Concept Design agreed, we are then able to develop that concept design in sufficient detail to agree the desired end-appearance of the Project, including construction materials, hard- and soft-landscaping palettes and outline specifications and schedules of materials.
During this stage, we develop the designs in sufficient detail to attain your approval of the proposed materials, techniques and standard of workmanship desired to create your bespoke outdoor space.
Examples of work during this stage include the selection of hard landscaping materials; details of proposed paving patterns, interfaces and unit sizes; and the selection of landscape furniture.
During this stage, we will also work with the appointed sub-consultants to develop any bespoke water features; lighting; irrigation and land drainage; living walls; sculptures; garden buildings and other landscape features which may be required for your project.
During this work stage, your Project will be on site. We will work with your chosen landscape contractor, or our own in-house Landscape Construction Company, as you wish, to ensure that your developed designs are properly implemented on-site.
In addition to this supervision and inspection of works, we are on hand to assist in any urgent design amendments or decisions which need to be taken as a consequence of how the Project has played out.
Our input at this work stage allows us to ensure the quality of the end result whilst also working to preserve the project budget and programme.
It is at this stage, with the project practically complete, that we invite you to hold up our concept design paintings and compare them to your finished project.
Our landscape architects will perform a practical completion inspection, prepare any required Schedule of Defects and work with you to ensure that the project is finished to the required standard.
We are also able to provide 'as-constructed' information for your O&M Manual, Health & Safety files and household manuals.
